Shipping + Returns Information

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
- STANDARD DELIVERY orders are processed within 48 hours pending credit card verification. Orders shipped via Standard Delivery typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.
- EXPEDITED ORDERS are processed within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Orders shipped via Expedited Delivery typically arrive in two (2) to three (3) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.
- FREE SHIPPING On Orders Over $75 - We offer free shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $75. These orders will be delivered within five (5) to seven (7) business days. In the event orders, where free shipping is applied, are returned, shipping costs with be deducted from store credit issued.
Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. If for some reason you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us immediately.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, LMaeBoutique.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, Federal Holidays, etc.
CANADA ORDERS - Please note all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please read our return policy and use our return form to proceed with a return. Returns will not be accepted if not submitted with our return form (Return Form) and original receipt of purchase.
We know sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary and we want to make shopping with us easy! Items may be returned for store credit ONLY if they meet the criteria below.—The L. Mae & Wild Mabel Family
Return Criteria
- All returns must be received within 10 days of the original shipment date.
- All items must be returned to L. Mae & Wild Mabel in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, makeup -free, and odor-free condition (if you return an item with any of the above conditions, your return will be denied and shipped back to you).
- Accessories, jewelry, bodysuits and undergarments are not eligible for a return.
- Personalized items & Beaded Bags are not eligible for a return.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Redline and Flash Sale items are considered final sale. If using a promotional code, at check out, containing "FINALSALE" as part of the code, these purchases are considered FINAL SALE items, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items must be returned with their corresponding accessories (belts, straps, brooches, etc).
- Returned items MUST have their original tags ATTACHED.
Return Details
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of package.
- Refunds are issued back as STORE CREDIT, no exceptions.
- L. Mae & Wild Mabel are not responsible for return postage fees and original shipped charges are non-refundable.
- We suggest using a postal service that provides you with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
- If you send an item back without the original receipt and return form, or you have not contacted L. Mae & Wild Mabel within 15 days after your return is received, the item(s) will be donated.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your item, you will be issued store credit for the returned item, which you may use to purchase a new size. Shipping costs will not be included in the store credit issued. We cannot guarantee the item you exchange will still be available when the return reaches our department, we suggest you place a new order for the item to ensure it is in stock.
Damaged Items
Please check items immediately upon receiving and notify L. Mae & Wild Mabel if there are any damages or imperfections. If you find an item is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours for a full refund. If the damaged item is not reported within 48 hours, you will receive store credit only. L. Mae & Wild Mabel are NOT responsible for damages caused during wash and wear.
