Below are some common questions about our return policy and store credit details:
Returns (both online and in-store) are for store credit only. Please note that discounted items (including purchases made with a promotional code) as well as accessories, jewelry, bodysuits and undergarments are final sale and not eligible for a return. Returns must also be made within 10 days from purchase date.

Store credit does not expire! Online store credit can also be redeemed at our store locations as well. For more information on using your store credit please email customerservice@lmaeboutique.com
We do not offer "exchanges". Once our Returns Department receives your return you will receive an online store-credit which can be used to repurchase a different size, color, etc.

"Final Sale" items include any discounted items purchased during promotional sales, using a promotional / discount code, items found in our “SALE” or “CLEARANCE” sections, and markdown, discounted and flash sale items. All accessories (shoes, jewelry, hair accessories, handbags, etc) bodysuits / undergarments (bralettes and bramis), as well as personalized items are considered final sale and non-returnable.

Standard delivery orders are processed within 48 hours pending credit card verification. Expedited orders are processed within 24 hours pending credit card verification.
Standard delivery typically arrive in 3-5 business days and expedited orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days.

Shipping cost is determined by multiple factors (shipping address location, store fulfillment location, shipping method selected at checkout, etc).
Standard shipping ranges between $8-$16, while expedited shipping ranges between $35-$70.
We offer a free standard shipping option for purchases over $75 (before shipping and taxes).
We do offer an in-store pickup option! Please note that not all items are available for in-store pickup due to inventory availability, stock levels, etc.
Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive a secondary pickup notification email. Please note if you attempt to pick up your order before receiving this confirmation it may not be available yet.

As a small business we are able to source multiple different brands and labels, so sizing will depend on the specific item! Please reach out to customerservice@lmaeboutique.com with the specific item you are inquiring about for further assistance!
We do not offer a waitlist option but we do restock certain styles! This depends on availability as well as other factors, so not everything will be able to be restocked. We recommend keeping a tab on your browser open with the item you want and refreshing daily! That way you’ll see if we were able to fully restock the item or if one gets returned back to us, etc
Some beaded products are in-stock items and are able to ship immediately. Others are custom made to order so there will be a lead time on receiving your order.
